David Lutran

Founder of the firm, David Lutran has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2004. Having made his debut in French diplomacy at the United Nations in New York, he successively practiced in the litigation departments of Vovan & Partners, Gide Loyrette Nouel and Linklaters, before co-founding the law firm Rivedroit Avocats in 2009, of which he was a partner for 7 years and which he left in 2016 to create Lutran Avocats & Médiation. He is a specialist in litigation and has been accredited by the Paris Centre for Mediation and Arbitration (CMAP) since 2017, certified by the French Institute for the Certification of Mediators (IFCM), listed on the list of mediators of the Paris Court of Appeal and the International Arbitration Chamber of Paris (CAIP) and referenced by the National Centre of Mediation for Lawyers (CNMA). David works in French, English and Spanish.

Célina Guichenduc
Registered lawyer at the Paris Bar/Trained to amicable dispute resolution

Associate, Célina Guichenduc is a member of the Paris Bar since 2019. She trained in business law in several Parisian law firms and legal departments of large companies (EDF, Thales). She graduated with a Master 2 in International Business Law from Pantheon Assas University and completed part of her studies at the Sao Paulo Law School in Brazil. Célina is also a mediator. She trained in amicable dispute resolution at the International School of Alternative Dispute Resolution and has also completed a diploma at the Institut de Formation à la Médiation et à la Négociation (IFOMENE) of the Institut Catholique de Paris. Célina works in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
